Terms & Conditions
- Parties must be booked on a Saturday afternoon (from 2:30pm onwards) or a Sunday (anytime). Parties may be booked other times during half terms or holidays.
- Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, by email
- Venue for the party must be organised & paid for by customer
- Party food & bags must be provided & paid for by customer (if wanted)
- Party fee of £50 (sapphire) & £60 (ruby) is inclusive of travel within 5 miles of Tavistock
- A booking form will be sent by email & must be returned along with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date
- If the party is cancelled by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded
- If the party is cancelled by setting the barre, a full refund will be given
- Our music system will only be availble for the length of time we are at the party
